How do I return or exchange an item?
Any item returned that has been opened, used, missing parts, or has damaged/missing packaging is not eligible for a return. Any items sent back to us that do not meet our return requirements will be sent back to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for return items lost or damaged by the post office.
WARRANTY: We have strong working relationships with all our manufactures. Most items we sell can be returned to Puff It Up for warranty repairs/exchanges. In some cases we might ask you to contact the manufacture directly for warranty issues.
When sending in a product for warranty services, we will first try to repair the product. If the product cannot be repaired we will issue a replacement. Warrantied products cannot be replaced with other items.
As always, our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
